Job SummaryMultiple Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Positions in Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery Department: James Tarpo Jr. and Margaret Tarpo Department of Chemistry, Purdue University Job DescriptionThe James Tarpo Jr. and Margaret Tarpo Department of Chemistry at Purdue University invites applications for multiple tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in the field of Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery. We seek outstanding scientists to establish a research program that complements and enhances our department's existing strengths. The department is focused on leveraging chemical biology and drug discovery to advance our understanding of biological processes and to develop novel therapeutic strategies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to Purdue’s strategic goal of becoming a transnational hub for chemical innovation, particularly in the areas of chemical biology and drug discovery. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of research:
