The base pay range for this position is $300,000 - $500,000. Salary is negotiated annually. The position will include providing clinical care to patients and teaching. In addition, the successful candidates will have the ability to have a dedicated research component to their career. The appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate’s background and experience. Series will include 50% Ladder Rank / 50% In-Residence with secured extramural funding or 100% Ladder Rank. A link to full descriptions of each series is provided for your review: As a member of the Health Sciences Compensation Plan, the appointee should be aware that there are limitations on outside professional activities, and clinical moonlighting is expressly prohibited. Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent or MD/PhD in health-related fields. Candidates must have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the California Medical Board and be board-certified or board-eligible in Urology. Candidates must also have completed residency in Urology and Urology sub-specialty fellowship training. Preferred qualifications
