Job Summary:The Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology and Palliative Care and the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center (UWCCC) seeks a head and neck oncologist/thoracic oncologist, with a cancer research focus to join our faculty. This is an opportunity on the Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) track or Clinician Teacher (CT) track, for prospects seeking an Associate Professor or Assistant Professor position. Health services or clinical trial research is desired and priority areas include genomics, precision medicine and cancer therapeutics. Interest in cellular therapy is also considered. This clinician will be active in the multi-disciplinary thoracic oncology program. Responsibilities:For Clinical Teacher (CT) position - Provide inpatient and outpatient clinic attending services at UW Hospitals and Clinics locations in Madison and at additional sites within the region. Responsibilities will also include providing clinical teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as clinical research endeavors.
