Description of Study: Applications are invited for appointment as a Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pediatrics, to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal. The appointee will have the opportunity to work with both local and national multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the healthcare outcomes of at-risk infants. The appointee will be involved in the research activities related to the Canadian Neonatal Network, Evidence-based Practice Quality Improvement, and other provincial, national and local databases. These studies are currently funded through a CIHR grant and other provincial/ local research funding. Training will be provided on advanced methods in various areas such as data analysis and clinical infectious diseases. The post provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and working with a diverse and dynamic team. Location: Employment will be primarily in-person at ECHA, at North Campus Edmonton and/or hybrid. The annual stipend offered will be consistent with those of other national agencies (CIHR, HSF of Canada), depending on funding and performance. This is a full-time, grant-funded position for a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal.
